|Summa at Home gives adult patients of all ages the opportunity to recover from an illness, jury, or surgery where they feel the most comfortable - at home. Feeling comfortable is part of the healing process. Summa's physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists social workers, massage therapists, volunteers, and home health aides provide healthcare services in your home and, depending on the type of service, we arrive on your doorstep up to seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

When do you need Summa at Home?
Summa at Home is particularly helpful for patients who find it difficult to leave their homes or who are challenged with multiple illnesses and medications.
Other triggers include:
chronic, severe illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, pneumonia, stroke or chronic
heart failure, or Physicial disadvantages such as difficulty walking or fear of falling.
Most healthcare providers and Medicare cover these services but you should
check with your provider.
